Hi, I’m Christen. I’m an instructional designer, producer, and project manager.
As an senior instructional designer, I start with your business goal. Once I understand your goal, I translate that knowledge into content that aligns to measurable learning objectives and instructional strategies. I create a plan and assemble a team to turn the design into a high-quality product that delivers results.
As a producer, my work parallels the traditional media industry, managing the end-to-end production of video content. I'm responsible for the overall creative vision and execution of each project.
As a project manager, I manage multiple projects simultaneously, working cross-departmentally with marketing, strategy, SMEs, graphic designers, video editors, product, and live action studio teams to bring training to life.
Throughout my career, my work has always centered on driving product adoption growth and customer renewal.
