Curriculum Strategy & Program Oversight — Pierce College Initiative

This section showcases my work designing the instruction for an online undergraduate program for Pierce College in Philadelphia.

The Program Blueprint highlights my role as lead ID for the Information and Technology program where I oversaw the overall program design, trained faculty on best instructional design practices, ensured alignment to learning objectives, and provided LMS training to faculty (which I also designed and delivered).

The Learning Activities sample demonstrates short, mobile-friendly experiences for working adults each 20–30 minutes long to support “on-the-go” learning.

A Summative Assessment show how I evaluate mastery and maintain alignment between learning objectives and outcomes.

Finally, the Online Learning Consortium Presentation is an 18-minute recording of my session in Orlando, Florida in 2016, where I explored the professor’s role in self-paced, subscription-based learning. These samples reflect my ability to design and lead online programs that empower both instructors and learners.
